EMS
was designed to let you control how the system works.
Nobody knows your program better then you. Therefore,
you need to be able to determine how the system works.
EMS lets you do this.
Processing
Options
These options allow you to control many features of the
system. You can change your preceptor base from preceptors
to sites or both with just a few clicks of your mouse.
Rotations
Each class has its own set of rotation controls. These
controls determine the number and type of rotations the
students must take. You set the start and end dates of
the rotations. You can have your first year students take
no rotations, your second year students take 5 rotations
and your third year students take 8 rotations. The decision
is yours. |

Forms
The greatest area of customization is forms. This includes
student and preceptor evaluations plus much more. Click
on the Forms link to the left to get more information.
Reporting
It would be impossible to build every report that every
school could possibly want. Therefore, EMS doesn't hide
your data from you. We allow you to access your data via
programs such as Microsoft Access. You can create your
own custom reports or we will work with you to create
these reports. |
